Return Period
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Just make sure that it:

     -hasn’t been used,

     -has the original tags,

     -is in its original packaging.
      Also, please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return an item?

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you:

     -a return label,

     -clear shipping instructions.

Returns without prior request, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.

What can't be returned:

     -custom or personalized items,

     -cosmetics, underwear, and other hygiene products,

     -food, flowers, plants,

     -hazardous or flammable goods,

     -sale items and gift cards.

The easiest way is to return the item and place a new order — this way you’ll get exactly what you want.

For EU Customers
Under EU law, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period with no explanation required. Return conditions remain the same.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know the result.
If everything is in order:

     -the refund will be automatically issued to your card/account within 10 business      days,

     -some banks may take up to 15 business days to process it — we kindly ask for your patience.
